How to use

Application: Twist up the gel pencil slightly to reveal the tip (un-reversible). Starting from the inner corner of your eye, gently glide the pencil along the lash line. For a more dramatic look, build up the thickness gradually as desired.

Blending: If you wish to create a softer look, use a small brush or your fingertip to gently smudge the line.

Waterline: For added intensity, carefully apply the gel pencil along your waterline.
