Zero Spot Patch CICA by Todays Cosme is a popular and discreet Japanese solution for targeted care of stubborn and irritated pimples. Infused with Centella Asiatica (CICA)-a botanical known for its soothing and skin-repairing properties- these patches support skin recovery while directly treating the blemish. They are semi-transparent, adhere securely, and can be worn under makeup, making them especially suitable for intensive spot treatment when the skin needs extra support.

Zero Spot Patch CICA by Todays Cosme offers a targeted solution for stubborn or inflamed pimples, with an emphasis on calming the skin and supporting its recovery. Each patch creates a protective barrier that isolates the blemish from environmental irritants, helping to soothe and treat the area directly. Thanks to its thin design and semi-transparent finish, the patch is suitable for use during the day and even under makeup.

In addition to physical protection, the patches are enriched with Centella Asiatica extract (CICA), known for its ability to calm irritated skin and promote regeneration. They also include chamomile and rosemary extracts, which help soothe the affected area, and gentle salicylic acid, which supports blemish care by cleansing pores and reducing redness.

This combination makes the patches ideal for precise, localized treatment of inflamed spots.

How to use

Clean the desired area and dry it thoroughly - it’s important to ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free of any serum, cream, or makeup. Gently peel the patch from the sheet and apply it directly to the targeted area. Press lightly to secure. It is recommended to leave the patch on for 3 to 12 hours, or overnight, to allow the active ingredients to take effect. To remove, gently peel it off - if needed, slightly moisten the area with lukewarm water. Thanks to its thin texture and transparent appearance, you can also apply light makeup over the patch if desired.
